− Нет ни кофе ни чая, жесткие кровати, не отображается местонахождение на карте,было трудно найти. Находится далеко от основного отеля, далеко тащить чемодан
Only one key, terrible for coworkers.
6.0− There was only one key for an apartment ment to host over 6 people, really not ok. Was traveling for work, which made it even more annoying as we were not attending the same events every night. Please get at least two keys for a two bedroom apartment!

− Arrivati a Venezia facciamo il check in in un Albergo li vicino. Alla reception non c’era nessuno, attendiamo più di mezz’ora provando anche a telefonare per far muovere qualcuno ma niente. Alla fine è arrivato l’operatore dicendo: anche noi abbiamo diritto alla pausa (si, vero, ma non lasci la reception scoperta!). Tra l’altro ci eravamo sentiti mezz’ora prima perché abbiamo chiamato appena scesi dal treno. Gentilissima invece la persona che ci ha accompagnato alla casa e fatto vedere i servizi.

− Dragging suitcases around from hotel reception to flat / to water taxi can be annoying. Especially if traveling with big suitcase, strollers, etc.
