6.0Das Personal war super freundlich und hat mir bei Fragen und Problemen sofort geholfen. Zudem hatte ich Glück mit der Zimmergröße und einem eigenen Balkon.
− Die Unterlagen ist insgesamt ein bisschen heruntergekommen und nicht besonders gut in Stand gehalten. Zudem hat die Putzfrau alle meine Kassenzettel und Eintrittskarten einfach weggeworfen, die ich auf dem Schreibtisch liegen gelassen habe, dass geht gar nicht. Zudem wird mit WLAN geworben, aber das Passwort steht nirgendwo (der nette Mitarbeiter hat es dann auf Rückfrage in mein Handy eingetippt).

− La cama era incómoda, las paredes llenas de manchas y marcas, no te daban toallas de manos solo 1 de cuerpo por persona, dijeron que las cambiaban cada 3 dias y no era así. Sin embargo si entraban a cambiar la papelera del baño al parecer...

8.0Close to the Central Railway station. Quiet with a big patio. Close to many good food places & shops.
− Difficult to contact the proprietor/s. Didn’t return emails or telephone calls. Difficult to find. No sign on the door.

Please be informed that check in is open until 20:00 and any reservation that arrives after 20:00(even for some minutes)will be canceled as no show. For check in after 20:00 you need to inform us at least a few days before arrival and there is 30 euro extra charge for that to pay in cash upon arrival and valid until 24:00 and after 24:00 no check in is possible.
If you arrive after 20:00 for delay reasons ,also you need to inform us and confirm the payment of extra before 20:00,otherwise the reservation will be canceled as no show and no check in will be possible after 20:00.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
