Convenient place to everything!
10.0Located at a very convenient place with all the attractions around very walkable distance. We could come back to take a rest whenever we need to. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The AC is a lifesaver in hot summer days.
The unit was comfortable, host was responsive.
8.0The property was in a great location. Nice to have a kitchen and two bathrooms plus large table in living room to congregate.
− Do not run too many electrical things at once. The power went out due to this. The host said there was only 7-8 steps to the unit but it was more like 15 steps. Second bathroom was weird as it was built inside of a closet. Host also didn’t tell us about city tax or AC surcharge till just before check out. The cleaner was also not friendly and came in before our check out time.

− I stayed in many places in Italy over 14 days and this owner was by far the worst at communication and making you feel welcome. In fact, she sent me a text of a picture of something we did wrong which made me think she was actually on site, had a spy or a camera (all check in was done remotely). In fact we have blamed by host. And upon checkout we were told to pay for the air conditioning while there during June heatwave. Apt expensive and decor outdated/old.
Excellent location and lovely flat!
9.0Location was great, very close to the most important landmarks. The property had a vintage feel but with modern facilities and was very clean. Balcony was a nice feature as could be used for having a coffee and a chat.
− We arrived very late in the night, about 2.30AM. The host sent me photos of the location in advance and, while navigating through Venice during the night it was not easy, we found it. The issue was that the host did not make clear that the code to access the main gate also opens at the same time the door to the block of flats so after we got in the internal yard we closed the gate and got locked in the yard and we couldn't exit to put the code in again. Luckily there was a woman walking on the street to go to the airport and although she wasn't speaking English she managed to put the code for us and this is how we got in. We, also, connected with the host who despite the late hour answered our messages but was unable to help as she was living away. So, lots of adventures to get in. The host could improve the guidance/photos to help guests locate and access the property. Once we got in all was good, though!
