4.0not a pleasant stay experience. room is regular size, that's ok. But the bed is way too small for a double bed description. even smaller than many single bed. The sheets on the bed also with stains.

8.01. Not providing bottled water. 2. For the customers staying more than a night should give more than one toothpastes in advance!! 3. There's no telephone in room, customers can't access to front desk, avoid to service customers ??
