− The only thing I didn't like was that there were problems with the air conditioning; it wasn't working properly.

10.0Sono davvero molto contento di aver scelto questo hotel. Il check-in è stato immediato, nonostante fossi arrivato prima dell’orario indicato su Booking. Ho trovato la camera pulita e già fresca grazie all’aria condizionata accesa. Mi hanno concesso senza alcun problema anche il late check-out e ogni mia richiesta è stata soddisfatta in pochissimi minuti, sempre con il sorriso. Già al telefono avevano dimostrato grande disponibilità, ma la sorpresa più bella è stata quando, aprendo la porta, mi ha accolto Elena, che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale.

10.0Super séjour. Excellente communication pour notre arrivée. Des conseils tout le long du séjour. Emplacement idéal pour pouvoir tout faire à pied. Des restaurants pour petit déjeuner ou dîner pour tous les prix. La climatisation est vraiment top dans la chambre. Un grand merci à la personne de l'accueil et qui communique régulièrement avec nous.
− Pas de point négatif, juste une suggestion d'amélioration qui serait excellente faire une proposition de petit déjeuner en chambre en livraison.
