La ubicación y lo grande que eran las habitaciones. En una de ellas hay un sofa cama y durmieron 4 personas y muy bien. Zona segura y tranquila

− El agua caliente salía muy poca, llamamos y nos dieron instrucciones, mejoró un poco, pero si hubiese sido invierno insuficiente. El menaje está justo, en muy poca inversión podría mejorar mucho. Por ejemplo, eramos 8 y solo habían 7 vasos.

lokalizacja bardzo dobra - wszędzie w miarę blisko.

− Obdrapane ściany w niektórych pokojach, nie działający/cieknący prysznic w dużej łazience, niedokładnie posprzątany apartament. Zdjęcia na stronie nie oddają stanu rzeczywistego- czas na mały remont!!

It was a very large space great for a family of 5

− It’s very run down and in serious need of upkeeps: mold on ceiling of bathroom, paint chipped and scratched, cabinet mirror broken etc… no blankets on the beds and only a single sheet! Cheap old towels.

The location is great but would not book again.

The location of this place is incredible as t's central to the bus and subway stations so easy to travel around plus walking distance to a lot of places. The rooms are large and having two full bathrooms was great for a large party however the water pressure is extremely low. AC units in each room were a great addition as it was very hot.

− We landed in Rome at 1pm, which I communicated to the host beforehand but he informed me it would be an additional cost to check in earlier so I told him we would wait. We arrived to the apartment at 2 pm, which I told the host we would wait in the lobby until check in. At 3 pm the apartment was still being cleaned when we gained access. When we arrived in the apartment, the sofa bed was not prepared nor was there any additional linen provided for it. Upon contacting the host, he informed me there was an additional charge if the sofa bed was required. I booked this accommodation specifically as my party required 4 beds and nowhere in the policy or reservation documents, did it state that the sofa bed was not included in the cost. After communicating with the host, who would not provide the sofa bed linen without the additional cost, I reached out to booking.com. They were able to assist me once I expressed my frustration and within 24 hours, the host had someone come to prepare the sofa bed, with no additional cost. The two showers could not run simultaneously and the water pressure was basically non existent. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper (1 for each bathroom) were provided so we had to purchase more. The apartment has a kitchen but no dish soap or sponge provided so we had to purchase those too. This was my fourth place during a month long trip in Europe and this was the only host not to provide anything in the apartment or provide a welcoming stay,

Logement spacieux, tres bien situé avec tous les transports qu'il faut pour circuler dans rome(bus, metre, ect..) Acceuil au top avec des recommandations pour restau, sorties, ect... Appartement equipé👍👍

− Le seul bémol, machine à laver mais pas branchée...dommage
