− Our room smelt like mildew which was hard to not smell like a wet basement

− 女性のアメニティ、特に生理用品などが無くて本当にゲイが来る場所だと感じた。 女性が来てはいけないみたいな雰囲気漂ってるけど予約できるから女性が来てもいいんですよね。

10.0Usually motel gave the impression of cigarettes or some carpet mold smell, but this is totally clean. They replaced the floor with tiles, and the doors material is steel (that some old wooden door have that odour).. very clean and tidy. price wise.. online is alot more expensive than walk in price but still cheaper than any hotel price providing that sorta space and location.

If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel near the Shinjuku metro station this is a good choice.
6.0The hotel does not serve any breakfast. Nor does it claim to. It is located on a side street in Shinjuku and is a 10 minute walk from the Shinjuku metro station. The room was tiny even by Japanese standards but the staff were super helpful even by Japanese standards. Mrs. Josi Godaka at the front desk was extremely helpful, gave me a lot of useful advice and went out of her way to book a taxi for me when i found it difficult to book one.
