− Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. During our stay, we were victims of a burglary inside the apartment. When we returned, we found the apartment door open and later discovered clear signs of forced entry on the terrace access door, resulting in the theft of our personal belongings. What was even more concerning was the complete lack of support from the host after we reported the incident. Despite the seriousness of the situation, no meaningful assistance or alternative accommodation was offered, leaving us feeling abandoned at a very difficult moment. After such an event, we no longer felt safe staying in the property. We strongly believe the security measures and guest support procedures need significant improvement. We would not stay here again.
