− Balcony had leaves and was quite dusty. Likely not part of the the cleaners remit but just let it down a little. The apartment has been modified to a good standard with a new bathroom fit out however smooth tiles have been used in the shower floor area and when wet extremely slippy. We just put a towel in the shower to stand on. Will contact owner Vanessa to make her aware this is a potential issue which I’m sure she will address as has was superb throughout.
