No hay aire acondicionado
1.0− La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado lo que dificultaba la vida en la habitación, sobre todo por la noche. Se lo hice saber al personal de recepción, con la opción de poder cambiar de habitación con aire acondicionado a lo que me dijeron que no era posible, cuando en Booking si había dicha disponibilidad. Solo estuve una noche por lo que pedí el rembolso del resto de las 3 noches lo cual se me negó. Recomiendo preguntar las características de las habitaciones, ante todo si hay aire acondicionado ya que en roma en estás fechas suele hacer cerca de 40 grados. La habitación no bajaba de 30.

− não tinha ar condicionado o que em Roma com as temperaturas tão altas acabou por atrapalhar um pouco a viagem pois afetou o descanso. o pequeno almoço é apenas um croissant e um café nao havendo nada fresco.

3.0La puerta del baño estaba dañada, informe en recepción y me dijeron que era normal, que no podían arreglarlo, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y hacía mucho calor, la iluminación era pésima mi habitación era la 110
