− 荷物を持っている状況でポストボックスの位置が少し分かりづらかったところはもう少し改善できたらいいと思いました。
Poor customer service.
1.0− What I paid for was not received, I did not stay there with a late check in after midnight as indicated possible on website. Due to a malfunction of site I was charged twice for a room I did not use and alerted the property and the site immediately yet I was refused a full refund which I still request please.
