8.0Bardzo mily i pomocny personel. Super lokalizacja, pod blokiem autobus a za rogiem metro. Przytrafil nam sie problem techniczny z poecem, niezalezny od wlasciciela mieszkania, po prostu zwykla awaria urzadzenia i obsluga obiektu stanela na wysokosci zadania pomimo przerwy swiatecznej a dodatkowo jeszcze dostalismy rekompensate pieniezna za niedogodnosci. Cudowny taras. Szczerze polecamy.
− Mała łazienka i umywalka, ciezko umyc rece. Chyba troche zawyzona powierzchnia, mysle ze do tych 70m2 z ogloszenia wliczony jest jeszcze taras a nie samo mieszkanie.
Un trattamento vergognoso. Da sconsigliare vivamente.
2.0La tranquillità della posizione. L'appartamento è rivolto su ampio terrazzo prospiciente una via pedonale, anche se l'accesso all'edificio si trova su una via pubblica, trafficata nelle ore di punta.
− Pensavo di interagire con una coppia di proprietari che si firmano Silvia e Luis. Poi nella corrispondenza salta fuori che è una non meglio chiarita organizzazione : Rent BCN. Consegna chiavi: nonostante abbia comunicato passo passo il mio avvicinamento (dall'aeroporto, dalla metro, a piedi verso l'indirizzo) al mio arrivo non c'era nessuno. Dopo un po' arriva un certo Sebastian a consegnare le chiavi. Oltre il ritardo, mi ha molto infastidito la richiesta di 200€ di cauzione (poi restituita, grazie a Dio, e nella corrispondenza salta fuori una certa Marina) e per un appartamento vecchio e fatiscente (vedi foto). Le foto dell'annuncio traggono in inganno : la stanza matrimoniale è piccolissima ed il letto è ad una piazza e mezza. Il prezzo poi: veramente indecente. Ho pagato una cifra per un appartamento in condizioni al limite della decenza, posizionato anche ben lontano dal centro.
