10.0Close by the train station for a late night arrival. Bathroom was very clean and new looking. Staff was very nice.
− I didn’t love the carpet but that’s just a presence. I prefer hard floor so that it can be cleaned easier.

− Very disappointing stay. We happened to be staying here during the World Cup final, so naturally we wanted to watch it. The room had a TV but no remote, making it impossible to use properly. When we asked reception for help, we were simply told to cast from our phones. Unfortunately, that wasn’t a real solution because the hotel Wi-Fi barely worked, so we received no actual help in resolving the problem. The service after check-in was also disappointing. The friendliness we experienced upon arrival completely disappeared when we needed assistance. For the price we paid, plus the additional tourist tax, we expected much better. We booked a room with two separate beds, but instead got two very small beds placed almost directly against each other. A bedside table between the beds and the limited space in the room made it impossible to move them further apart, completely defeating the purpose of booking separate beds. The air conditioning did not work at all, making the room extremely uncomfortable, and there wasn’t even a fridge. The bathroom was another disappointment. The shower doors were difficult to use, and there was a gap between them that caused water to leak all over the bathroom floor every time we showered. Overall, this hotel did not offer the level of comfort or customer service you would expect for the price. Between the missing TV remote, the complete lack of help from reception, the poor Wi-Fi, the non-functioning air conditioning, the unsuitable bed arrangement, the leaking shower, and the lack of basic amenities, we left feeling like we paid far too much for a very disappointing stay. We definitely would not stay here again. ⭐☆☆☆☆
