9.0The stay was very comfortable. The staff was kind, professional, and helpful. The room was clean, well-furnished, tidy, quiet, with air conditioning and daily towel changes. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Everything in the room worked perfectly

10.0Ottimo hotel, super accogliente, la stanza minimal ma molto pulita (pulizia giornaliera) con tutto il necessario. Posizione a 4 min a piedi dalla metro e aria condizionata. Staff molto gentile e attento al cliente. Si possono lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente nel momento del check-in/out.

− Nella camera 420, situata al quarto piano, durante la notte si sentiva ogni circa cinque minuti un rumore di sottofondo, simile a un campanello o a un dispositivo elettronico. Pur non essendo particolarmente forte, risultava fastidioso e rendeva più difficile addormentarsi. Dopo un po' ci si abitua, ma sarebbe utile verificarne la causa e, se possibile, eliminarla. Ho provato anche a spegnere l'aria condizionata, ma il rumore non proveniva da lì.
