− Appliant are old, no hot water, no shower gel, no breakfast, Air conditional making too much noises, no cable to plug the tv, lot of dust in the cabinet.

I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone. **Main issues:** * I informed the property manager of my arrival time in advance, but I still had to wait **over 1 hour outside in 35°C heat** before getting access to the property. * The property manager never showed up. Eventually, someone from inside handed me the keys. * There was **no proper check-in or tour**, even though the bathroom was shared and some information should have been explained. * Most of the electrical switches were not working. * There was no extension cord or proper setup, and I had to spend the day **without a fan despite the extreme heat**. * Breakfast was advertised as included, but **it was never provided**. * I repeatedly called, texted, and contacted them on WhatsApp, but received little to no response. * Communication was very difficult because they did not speak English and made no effort to assist. * The bedsheets and towels appeared used and unclean, suggesting poor housekeeping standards. * The kitchen was poorly equipped. Basic items such as knives and spoons were missing. * Several amenities listed in the description were either unavailable or not as advertised. * The listing claims to have **24-hour front desk service**, but there was nobody available to assist guests. * Customer service was extremely poor, and communication was almost nonexistent. **Overall:** The listing does not match what is advertised. The lack of communication, poor cleanliness, missing amenities, and unprofessional check-in process made this a terrible experience. In my opinion, the quality of service does not justify the price charged. I would not recommend this property to other travelers.
