4.0The only thing I liked about this hotel is the location and proximately to the subway station, restaurants and stores. Staff did a good job of cleaning the room. The room was dated and moldy, bed was uncomfortable, no hot water, no staff available after the morning, shotty Wi-Fi, only two poor quality towels were provided for the entire day, no hand towels, and no hair blow dryer. If there was a situation no one was on the premise after the morning cleaning. Not good!
