Hidden Gem outside the City Center
7.0The property is beautiful! Staff was exceptional. We arrived early in the day and they were very gracious to allow us to store our luggage. They explained how to use the public bus and subway to get into the city center and had tickets for purchase at the front desk. When we returned we were able to check in with no issues. The front desk recommended a local restaurant, Casale 900, that was walking distance from the hotel and even made our reservation for us! The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The ONLY issue was the lack of A/C. I understand this is common in Europe, but the room actually got warmer through the night and seemed like the A/C wasn't working at all. The next morning we shut it off and turned it back on and it did cool the room a little bit. Overall, a very nice place and the staff is exceptional!
− AC was basically non-existent, but I guess that is common for Europe. Makes it tough in the summer to be comfortable!
