A good host
10.0We never actually stayed in Luca's room. There was a mix up and the room was double booked. Luca however arranged for superior accommodation in a good location at no extra cost to ourselves. He personally took us to the new location and assisted with our luggage. He ensured that our visit to Venice went well.

10.0The hotel staff is very friendly, you feel at home. It is located in the best area of Venezia. I would definitely go back!
Just a place to crash
4.0Having stayed at other, less expensive B&B's in the area, we were quite surprised at the bare-bones experience here. There wasn't any common lounge space. The room, though clean and neat, was small, with little space to put our things and just a single chair. The bathroom smelled strongly of mildew and had a tiny shower stall and no place to put your things. Nothing to see out the window but a noisy restaurant. Tired from our travels, it was not a pleasure to relax here.
