7.0Très bien placé, la chambre était grande, bien équipée (avec un bureau et un canapé) et le lit plutôt confortable. L'accueil était très sympathique.
− La propreté, en particulier de la salle de bain et de la douche était vraiment limite.
New Paradise was convenient and well priced.
9.0The location was terrific - Just a block and a half away from the subway. Francesca and her brother were both wonderful. Any concerns were addressed quickly. My room was located on the 2nd floor and the building has an elevator. The room had good air conditioning.
− The bed was a little firm for me, but I slept well every night anyway. This is not a traditional hotel with a lobby and a front desk. Entry into the hotel and your room is by an app on your phone. When you're traveling on your own it may make you feel less secure than if you were at a traditional hotel setup.

7.0Lokacija je dobro povezana sa ostalim dijelovima Rima. To je veliki stan podijeljen na sobe. Uz malo više truda i sitnica bi bio savršen.
− Star i ne pretjerano čist interijer. Soba se reklamira kao soba sa balkonom, a u stvari dobijete uski balkon na kojem su postavljene četiri klime. A taj balkon nije očišćen mjesecima. Za nas dvoje i dva dana u Rimu gdje je 40 stepeni smo imali dva gela za tuširanje u onim malim kesicama od 5 ml. Nismo imali čaše u sobi. Ovom objektu nedostaje puno sitnica da bi imao svoj puni kapacitet. Da uđete u objekat morate imati internetsku konekciju i to bi trebalo naglasiti prilikom rezervacije.

10.0Stanza pulita , accogliente , vicinissima alla stazione metro Lepanto , in una zona veramente tranquilla. La signora che ci ha accolti molto gentile e simpatica.
