8.0The location is very convenient Close to the sky train, to the downtown and to some mall nearby like “Terminal 21 Mall” 7/11 supermarket is just by the entrance and another seafood restaurant on the other side of hotel Staff are very cooperative and very polite Rooms are spacious, clean & tidy

4.0The hotel and staff were mediocre. They did double bill us for an extra person. I pointed that out and was told i would have to take it up with Expedia, which i will do when the trip is complete
