8.0室内清潔でした 駅にも近くて行動しやすかったです

8.0チェックイン前に荷物を預かっていただいたり、チェックインが25時近くになったりと時間外的な対応が多かったのですが、フロントの方に丁寧に気持ちよくご対応いただきました。 お部屋もとても清潔でお風呂がとても気持ちよかったです。

4.0フロント、受付時に笑顔なし。素泊まりですね〜と、流れ作業のように言われた。朝食つけてますが？と言ったら何やら隣のスタッフとボソボソ話をしてから券を出す。感じ悪いですよ。久々に不愉快な思いをしました。 バスルームのペーパーホルダーにザラザラのホコリ。大浴場に期待して行ったが、シャワー個数少ない上に一部故障で使えない。女性はただでさえ洗髪時間が長いのに、皆うんざりしながら待っていた。 仕方なく部屋で洗髪しようと戻ったら、水量が全く足りない。チョロチョロしか出なくて大変だった。場所も良いし朝食は美味しかったのに、残念です。
