10.0Most friendly and in the best location. The room is huge and clean, there is always hot water in a perfect bathroom.
Well worth it
8.0The location was good and central. Easy by Rome standards to reach hotel from Tiburtina train station (where I returned the car rental prior). I thought the room was quiet especially for location. Just around the corner when you exit is the typical noisy Rome. Taxi stand is just outside the hotel. Room was clean and everything worked fine. Cannot vouch for AC efficiency since Rome wasn't hot during our stay. The large comfortable rooms are a rarity in Rome, especially for the price.
− Everything was fine for us. Some cautions (which we expected and knew): you'll have to climb two stories of gentle stairs. You have to go through a security gate at the street before getting to those stairs. The entrance is non descript -- trust the address. Prior to checkin you'll have to buzz the desk upstairs to gain access. It is not staffed 24/7. You'll need to ensure in advance that someone is working when you arrive. After that, you get a key for the gate. Ensure that you are ok without 24/7 desk coverage. Having said this, all worked fine for us. And the staff was good. Note they prefer the city tax in cash.

− La calle en la que se encuentra es como un callejón y da poca seguridad. Se trata de un piso al que tienes que acceder tras subir 2 alturas sin ascensor. Te ofrecen servicio de desayuno pero luego te indican que no está disponible.

8.0The staff was fantastic. The room was spacious and very clean. Daily room cleaning and fresh towels.
− Difficult to locate. Location of the entrance is in an Alley with no sign at the entrance. The entrance is a heavy steel bar gate that is always locked. The building is for multiple tenants and the hotel occupies the entire 2nd floor. Even a small sign about 25cm c 25cm with the hotel name and information about being escorted in about eye level would have saved us a lot of time and confusion. It was hot.
