Very disappointed with our stay.
1.0Good showers and clean property.
− The air conditioning in the apartment was not working for the entire three-night stay. An engineer was sent out, but they were unable to fix the problem, meaning we had to spend all three nights without air conditioning. After the first night and the engineer not being able to fix the air conditioning, we asked to cancel the remaining two nights, as the accommodation was not being provided to the standard advertised. The property claims to offer air conditioning and soundproofing, neither of which we experienced. However, our request was refused, despite the fact that the issue could not be resolved. We also discovered that Flat 3 has single-glazed windows, whereas the other apartments apparently have double glazing. This meant that the apartment was not only uncomfortably warm but also lacked the level of soundproofing we expected. I also believe the property may have known about the air-conditioning problem before our arrival, as there was already an error displayed on the system when we arrived. When we raised our concerns, we were offered a 20% discount, but this did not adequately compensate for the fact that we spent our entire three-night stay without a key advertised facility. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The property should have been transparent about the air-conditioning issue before our arrival and should have offered a more reasonable solution when it became clear that the problem could not be fixed.
