The property is great, the company managing it need to improve their processes
6.0The property itself is great (cleanliness, location, amenities etc), the process of securing the stay and ongoing management however was very poor. The host company requires you to pay outside of booking.com through a very suspicious process. They then follow up for another €250 deposit, all via routes off the platform. We then got locked out of the apartment during the stay, as someone hadn’t set the access code up for the duration. The property is great, but the company involved need to do serious work to sort these issues.

9.0El departamento es lindo, luminoso, en un 4 piso, cómodo y grande. Tiene todo lo que se necesita. Me encantó que se pudiera dormir tan cómodo.
− Al estar en un 4 piso sin asensor, uno se podia cansar un poco pero nada grave.
Great accommodation in a great location
10.0Great size for 2 sharing as it had a sofa bed. Really clean with great bathroom. Didn’t really use the kitchen as we ate out all the time. Fantastic location with lots of local bars and restaurants. Bonus being 20 minutes from the beach.

10.0Very clean and modern, more than enough space for 2 people. Plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies provided. Great location for gothic quarter and a short walk to the beach, doesn’t feel very ‘touristy’ which was nice. The staff responded to our query quickly and were helpful.
− The flat is on the 4th floor and as previous reviews have pointed out, the stairs are narrow and steep. There’s nothing that can be done about that and is not a fault of the apartment itself. I imagine a lot of Barcelona apartment blocks are similar.

Remember that this charming building is characteristic of the Born area in Barcelona, so there is NO elevator. The entrance and staircase is narrow, take this into account for your luggage and we do not recommend baby strollers. Nevertheless, it is completely renovated and fits the style of the building. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
