The apartment is in an extremely communicative place - nearby (within 5-6) there are convenient stations of several metro lines, which connect you to almost any point of the city within 8-10 minutes. At the same time, the location is calm without huge crowds of people and noise. The apartment itself fully corresponds to the description, two separate rooms, a common living room, a decently equipped kitchen, a closet. The only drawback is the presence of barely a bathroom. The service from the host is very kind and cooperative. We arrived early in the morning, and our travel agent Andrea offered us an alternative to leave our luggage and walk around calmly while waiting for check-in time. She also gave us valuable advice on places with good food and entertainment.

Location, spacious , clean

The rental company representative was extremely efficient at keeping in touch as we approached the city and was present on arrival. The apartment was close to the Metro so we could easily move around Barcelona on a 3 day Metro/Bus ticket. The location itself in San Antoni had a village sort of feel with the locals and the nearby market despite it being in central Barcelona. We had no problems in the area and felt safe. The apartment was fully equipped.

− The kitchen sink was positioned in the corner of the worktop and was a little difficult to access. There was a strange smell in the apartment when we arrived and I realised after 30 minutes of looking around that it was the walls which I think had just been freshly painted. We opened the french windows as the weather was warm and I think the smell more or less went.

Easy communication, easy location to walk to many locations or use nearby bus or train. 2 full bedrooms located at each end of appartment for adult privacy, full kitchen plus washing machine. Plenty of extra space to not feel too closed in.Stairs with optional elevator and also ductedreverse cycle aircon. We were very safe and comfortable

O apartamento é exatamente igual às fotos. Super aconchegante. Localização excelente.

− As informações acerca do pagamento de taxas não foram precisas. Apenas haviam informado que teríamos que pagar a taxa de turismo no local. Contudo, quando chegamos ao local, formos informados de que o valor da taxa havia aumentado, bem como que teríamos que pagar uma "taxa de piso", no valor de 300 euros. Sequer sabíamos do que se tratava esta taxa, e só depois descobrimos que era uma caução. Após o fim da estadia, o valor da caução foi devolvido. Contudo, a falta de informação prévia gerou stress, pois a pessoa que ia fazer a entrega das chaves ficou nos cobrando, sem que sequer soubéssemos que teríamos que pagar o referido valor. A entrada no apartamento foi condicionada a tal pagamento.
