8.0The staff was very nice. I only had one issue and they got back to me quickly. It was very clean and tidy. The only real complaint was the mattress I slept on was very used not comfortable and had a concave. Other than that it was good. It was extremely tiny, but I knew that going in, so no complaints there.

9.0It was a cool experience staying in a tiny apartment. The mattress was very comfy, and from my room I could see the Tokyo Skytree. It was a 10 min walk from the Yamanote Line.
− It was a bit dirty in difficult to reach places like between the fridge and the wall, corners of the floor and the Ac had also a good amount of dust.
