We did not stay.after one look inside we left and found better for less and included breakfast
1.0There was nothing to like about this place. We booked as we saw the pitcures of the flat we thought we had booked. all indication was we had booked the upper floor apartment. However when we arrived we had the ground floor which was nothing like what we had been looking at when booking. This was in poor repair, smeely and damp. The view was into weeds some sort of court yard. The aircon was a unit sat in the room working really hard to keep the place cool, But not working. We did not stop in this place and I would recommend anyone thinking of this place to stay well away. We requested a refund to be told we had 2weeks before the stay to cancel. As I said to the owner we did not see in the place until we arrived so we could not cancel 2 weeks before. Booking.com should take some responsibility on this booking as well as they should be vetting the properties on their site better.

Good base to explore Venice!
7.0Really helpful and responsive hosts. Great location. Good facilities re cooker, fridge, shower etc. Nice welcome pack, and helpful information about the apartment and area.
− Its a bit difficult when sites have several apartments on offer with different photographs all on one site. Maybe I didn't pay enough attention, but I didn't quite realise it was one room + bathroom. There was little room to move around in. You couldn't have the air-conditioning on at night due to the noise (luckily the temperature was a bit lower when we were there).

− Semplicemente un buco. Al piano terra, senza un armadio, senza una cassetta per biancheria eccetera. Sporco. Con le finestre che non si chiudano. La macchina caffè senza nemmeno una cialda. Sporco. Insomma non tornerei mai più . Impressione pessima
