6.0Großes Appartement mit Terrasse und guter Ausstattung und guter Klimaanlage. Auf der Stiege gibt es keine anderen Wohnungen.
− Der Zutrittscode für die Türen wird niemals verändert. Wer den Code kennt, kann jederzeit hinein. Das sorgt für ein mulmiges Gefühl. Für die Bettdecke gab es keinen Deckenüberzug, sondern nur ein umgeschlagenes Leintuch. Daher ist man ständig mit der Decke in Berührung gekommen, welche nicht nach jeden Gast gereinigt wird und entsprechend fleckig ist. Es gab keine Geschirrtücher, keine Küchenrollen, keine Spülschwämme und die Müllsäcke waren für die Mülleimer viel zu klein, wodurch die Mülltrennung erschwert wurde.
