5.0위치가 좋고 가족이 지내기 좋은 곳입니다. 침대도 푹신하고 침구류도 깨끗하고 아이와 지내기 좋아요.
− 1. 개미가 많아서 음식을 조금만 흘려도 개미때가 몰려서 청결에는 아쉬움이 있었어요 2. 숙소에 머무는 동안 카드키가 갑자기 고장이 나서 밤늦게 잠든 아이들을 안고 40분넘게 기다렸었는데, 스텝이 상주하는 곳이 아니라서 전화로 소통을 해야했고 중간에 전화가 끊기고 정말 너무 많이 화가났었지만, 막상 직원이 미안하다는 말도 없었어요. 메시지를 보내도 2일후에 답변이 오고 소통에는 큰 문제가 있다고 생각합니다. 3. 머무는 동안 수건은 더 주지 않았고, 식기류는 설거지가 잘 안되어있어서 쓰기전에 전부 다시 닦아야했어요.

8.0There is nobody on the property. To check in, there is a vending style machine, after you enter your passport information, it provides a key. It takes few minutes to scan all passport if you have a family. The apartment is very spacious, I like the two bathrooms and bedrooms. Beds are not super confortables, but it wasn't a big deal. The place was not super clean. The rug in the living room was very dirty. Aside from this, the location was excellent. Many restaurants, bakeries, markets within 5m walk. Metro stop at 200yards. You walk out and you are on the rambla, but from the apartment the noise is very little. I would come back, I just wish it was a bit cleaner.
− I wish someone was on the property to help in case of need. Also, I asked for washing detergent 3 times and did not get it despite been told it would be delivered next day.
