10.0Чудове розміщення, ключ до квартири передали дистанційно через додаток на телефоні. Були трішки непорозуміння при передбронюванні з мого боку, так як перший раз бронював таким чином апартаменти, але менеджера зі всім оперативно допомогли. Трошки неочікував, що буде момент з депозитом грошей (бронь на випадок, якщо гість зробить якісь поломки в квартирі), зараз очікую refund грошей :)
− Момент з депозитом має описуватись одразу в Booking, на мою думку.
