Very helpful staff and a clean and comfortable place to stay.

10.0Very quiet area not too far from the city, room was super nice and clean, free amenities to use were great, pretty close to 2 nearby stations, very straightforward and clear communication for check-in and other services, right in front of the best onsen in Tokyo, and a great price for the stay!!
− Nothing really besides no elevator but that isn’t a negative for me to be honest especially since i knew that before booking and i wasn’t too far up in the complex.
