We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. De jarige in ons midden kreeg zelfs een cadeautje. Zeer attent personeel.

Gli elettrodomestici (lavatrice /lavastoviglie/condizionatore) anche se mancava la macchinetta per il caffè ( presente solo la moka)

− La struttura era vecchia, rovinata e arredata mobili di scarsa qualità e oggetti molto rovinati. Non parliamo del bagno. In particolare non mi ha soddisfatto la posizione, in un palazzo vecchio (il corrimano delle scale era smontato e se ti appoggiavi finivi di sotto) e non era dove indicato su booking. Mi hanno tempestato di messaggi inutili e commerciali e quando ho chiesto posizione esatta nessuna risposta.. ho preso quella su booking che mi ha portato fuori quartiere. Secondo me illegale fornire una posizione errata.. Solo dopo aver effettuato una trafila lunghissima per parlare con l'operatore mi è stato fornito indirizzo esatto e alle mie lamentele mi è stato detto che su booking non è esatto per motivi di privacy. Se avessi avuto l'indirizzo esatto non avrei mai prenotato visto il degrado della strada in cui è collocato.. in confronto via Giolitti a Roma è una strada di grande classe. In compenso presenti nelle vicinanze due locali a luci rosse.. e la metro unico aspetto positivo. Inoltre avevo scelto questo appartamento perchè volevo due stanze separate. Le due stanze ci sono solo che una è meno di uno sgabuzzino forse 1,20 x 2 e una stanza grande che ospitava tutti i letti divisa da un armadietto. Sul comodino in omaggio i tappi per le orecchie... vista la troppa confusione che viene dalla strada. Cucina che sembrava ricavata da un precedente balcone, piccolo tavolo per 4 nell'anticucina e un"altra chiusa e strettissima stanza dove era posto un divano vecchio e bruciato(vedi foto) con davanti una piccola tv. Ho fatto le foto dei danni riscontrati appena entrata.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Konumu ve temizliği iyiydi. Dijital anahtarla girmek büyük kolaylıktı.

Konumu çok iyi. Görülecek yerlere genel olarak yakındı. Evin yakınında sokağın hemen başında metro istasyonu var. Ev genel olarak derli topluydu. Temizliği iyiydi. Sıcak su sıkıntısız bir şekilde akıyordu. Şu sıcak yaz günlerinde soğutma iyiydi. 4 tane sessiz çalışan klima var.

− Evin yalıtımı çok kötüydü. Sokakta altyapı çalışması olduğundan sabah saat 8:00'dan itibaren dışarıdan yoğun gürültü geliyordu. Ev iki yatak odalı olmasına rağmen yatak odasının birisi çok küçüktü. İki kişilik yatak odasının da kapısı yoktu. Mutfak çok küçüktü. Çamaşır makinesi biraz gürültülü çalışıyordu.

The locations is great.

− When you wanna wash your clothes the AC doesn’t work. Construction on the street smells really bad. The apartment didn’t have 2 rooms it was on room with half wall in the middle - no privacy! Before our stay we wanted to upgrade from 4 to 5 people and they told us that there is no apartments big enough to accommodate us but after arrival there was one more room with one bed - they were lying. Also the walls are really old and ruined, shower is also already too worn and the photos aren’t accurate. Overall it was nice stay but it needs catching up on some issues.
