− Que si duermes en el sofá cama el colchón es bastante duro. De nuevo, si duermes en el sofá cama y tienes el sueño ligero, como Shin-Ōkubo es un barrio con mucha actividad, a veces por la noche se oye bastante el hablar de las personas o los vehículos que passn por la calle.

10.0La casa é comoda, letti comodissimo,il bagno fantastico e c é anche ascensore! Zona comodissima vicino al quartiere coreano. Devo dire che anche avendo due bambini si stava bene ed hai tutto a portata di mano( supermercati, combini). Mi piacerebbe tornare e stare più tempo!
Si je dois revenir une 3ème fois a Shinjuku ce sera au Home'n Lounge
9.010 jours passés dans ce logement en famille à 4. Parfaitement propre, spacieux pour le prix et très bien équipé. Le balcon est un plus pour sécher le linge. La localisation est également parfaite, a quelques minutes de tout : restaurants, combinis, supermarchés, bars, métros, trains... Quartier vivant et animé. Le gérant répond immédiatement aux sollicitations. Je recommande !
− Isolation phonique un peu faible, simple vitrage sur des coulissants non étanche, porte d'entrée en acier sans joint et jour sous la porte. Depuis la rue, on entent les sirènes des véhicules de secours la nuit, les accélérations puissantes de motos/voitures qui viennent briser le silence de la nuit. Coté habitation, on entent les aller/venue des locataires dans les parties communes, claquement de portes et discutions dans la montée d'escalier.

8.0Having someone to speak to online and in person. They were very responsive and helpful. The location was accessible to the metro and shops. Access to the internet was good
− The common/public area was a little dirty. Public area and the door was a little raggedy.
