Great location but very strict on arrival time.
7.0Someone met us at the door
− We arrived 10 minutes after 7pm (1900) and were told there was no grace period and would be charged an extra 30 euros. The guy who let us in told us he call and was told nothing could be done. Other than that, the toilet runs so you have to giggle the handle to make it stop. The kitchen table takes up almost the entire kitchen so you have to squeeze or ask someone to get up in order to let anyone out. The paint is pealing on the ceiling in the bathroom which you might expect being that close to the water.
I recomend this property!!

5.0Dobra lokalizacja apartamentu. Fajnie, że jest podział na 3 osobne pokoje. Wyposażenie kuchni bardzo dobre. Wyposażenie apartamentu zgadzało się z opisem. Niczego nie brakowało.
− Apartament nie był gotowy na nasz przyjazd. Było opóźnienie 2h w sprzątaniu przez co po wejściu przeszkadzaliśmy sobie z serwisem sprzątającym. Jako rekompensatę mogliśmy zrobić check-out 1h później, ale brak gotowości apartamentu był bardzo niekomfortowy i trochę popsuł nam dzień w Wenecji. Obsługa nawet nie wiedziała, że apartament nie jest jeszcze gotowy.

4.0Die Lage war perfekt.
− Auf den Fotos sah alles sehr schön aus. Die Realität schaut anders aus… Betten und Sofa extrem unbequem. Eine dicke Schicht Staub unter den Betten. Für 3 Nächte und 3 Personen gab es 1 1/2 Rollen Klopapier. Auf die Bitte nach mehr Klopapier bekamen wir die Antwort: Wir sind ja kein Hotel und sollen uns das selber kaufen. Bei knappen € 300,- pro Nacht dürfte man das schon erwarten. Das Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser waren nicht sauber. In der Küche gab es keinen Wettex und einen alten gebrauchten Spülschwamm. Bei Fragen wurde man auf einen QR-Code hingewiesen. Service geht auch anders.
