Horrible. Scam. Stay there if you want to feel the heat wave.

It was very close to metro station

− The air con doesn’t work and we had to suffer the heat wave without air con. We booked three apartments, two apartments have no air con and one apartment only two bedrooms out of 4 has air con. The shower doesn’t work The digital key doesn’t work No flexibility for early check in. We requested one hour earlier check in for one apartment they still said they can’t do it because the digital key won’t be effective until 3pm. So 24 people are standing in the street with luggages for one hour. The lift was broken we needed move the luggages by stairs and we lived on 3-5/F. The maintenance was really low. Some CSR are ok, some can’t speak Spanish. You needed to ring 30 mins before someone picked up. The solution was always we will check tomorrow. And then we found out the air con still not working, they said they will check the next day. We only stayed for 5 nights. Until we checked out, the apartment still has no air con but they insisted they had fixed it. The technician told us the air con always has problem but they don’t change it. Some bathroom had no hot water. The kitchen only had hot water… boiling hot water. We got our hands cooked to wash a few dishes. The CSR told us to turn the tap to cold water then we would get cold water. She thought we were from Stone Age and didn’t know how to use the tap water!!!!! The problem was fixed after 4 days when they finally trusted that their tap has problem and there was not normal temperature water. Also the city tax, you have to read the tax policy carefully. They charged all of us city tax which was 7XX euros but I realised only 16 and above needed to pay. Although we have checked in and provided all the passports during check in, they still charged 20 children city tax. When I asked them and they admitted they over charged us and will refund. But I have checked out for over two weeks now I still haven’t got the refund and I tried to contact the WhatsApp assistance they said it is not their responsibility!!!

De sleutels krijgen

− Slechte faciliteiten, anders als op de foto’s, slechte kwaliteit van materiaal. Bij aantkomst kapotte douchekop waardoor we maar 1 douche hadden met 9. Stoelen waar een barst in zat.

great location, the apartment is very spacious, hot watter always, good internet

− the digital key for the apartment entrance sometimes didnt work on first try we were standing in front of the door in the middle of the night with kids and trying several times until the door opened the washing machine was not working

Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful.

− The bathrooms were small, and the doors did not have locks. We were traveling as a group of 9 people (2 families) and booked one apartment with 5 bedrooms, so for this type of apartment, I think it would be better to have locks on the bathroom doors.

− Túl hosszú és bonyolult volt a csekkolás, adminisztráció. Más apartmannál elég volt egy SMS, máris megvan a kód és benyitunk.
