Poor service, poor rooms.
1.0Hotel was clean and within walking distance to 3 subway/train stations
− We booked 2 rooms for a family of 5 (3 adults + 2 kids - age 12 and age 7) We arrived to find we had been given a single room and a twin room - so 3 beds for 5 people. When we challenged this the staff were rude and unhelpful and told us to share the single beds. No other rooms were available to book to accommodate our party and a refund was not possible. When we got into the rooms we also found they were only set up for 3, so 3 pillows and 3 towels, but the hotel were aware we were the party of 5 who had booked. We later requested an iron, staff told us none were available. Our only saving grace was that this was a 1 night stop off for an early airport run in the morning. Would not recommend and would not use this hotel chain ever again.
