La atención del personal.

− Los colchones son delgados, la capsula.que me toco (K) estaba muy lejos del aire acondicionado por lo que pase calor, los baños y regaderas estan dentro de los cuartos compartidos por lo que todo se escucha y huele, hay menos privacidad, los escalones para subir a las capsulas de arriba son incómodos, hay poco espacio para maletas, no dan ninguna amenidad. Los baños no estaban tan limpios sobre todo las regaderas. La.luz de las capsulas solo tenía un interruptor cerca de la cabecera por lo que si lo apagas y haces algo en la orilla ya no se ve nada. Rente una pijama y estaba un poco calurosa.

The stay was pleasant, with clean facilities! Would recommend for a short stay.

Good “budget” option in nice neighbourhood

We loved the location - Kuramae is a quiet but homey neighbourhood, great cafés and very well connected but away from the chaos. There are very convenience stores (Lawson, Family Mart) nearby as well as various metro stops within 10 mins walk. Also very close to Asakusa and many tourist spots - can reach on foot. The shared showers and toilets were very clean and we never had to wait to use one. There was a sink in each room. Hairdryers, toiletries provided in each shared toilet cubicle. Rules against using hairdryers and general noise post 11pm was appreciated for a good sleep. There was a common area downstairs with a shared fridge and table seats to eat and chill. Free tea and instant coffee, a microwave.

− We booked this hostel as it was the cheapest we could find in Tokyo for our dates, but even so we paid £65 per night for a small double room which isn’t a “budget” option and is expensive for the facilities. The double bedrooms are very small for two people with luggage, as there’s zero storage. 80% of the floor space is taken up by the mattress on the floor. We are backpackers so we travel quite light but we still had no room for our stuff and the room got a bit cramped and messy. The window only has a very flimsy curtain, no blind or anything so it’s incredibly bright making it difficult to sleep post 5am (we had to use eye masks). When we went into our room it stank really badly of damp, there was a dehumidifier in the room but it turned out the smell was actually coming from the dehumidifier itself so we had to turn it off - maybe the filter needed changing? The room needs a few more storage options, even shelves or more hooks on the walls. It also would’ve been good to have a fridge in the room.

Das Hostel ist super und wir können es vollends empfehlen. Wir hatten ein großes Doppelzimmer, das Bad und die Toilette waren sauber, auch wenn sie auf dem Gang lagen und geteilt wurden. Während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts haben wir fast niemanden im Hostel angetroffen – es war sehr ruhig. In der Umgebung gibt es diverse Essensmöglichkeiten.

− Bis zur nächsten öffentlichen Haltestelle muss man doch einige Minuten gehen.

El personal es muy amable, las instalaciones son limpias y completas. Puedes comprar y preparar tu comida allí y usar el comedor.

− Las toallas que en mi opinión son indispensables tienen un costo de 300 yenes por renta. Algunos otros articulos también son con costo adicional
