Bad and uncomfortable experience.
1.0The apartment was quite near to the main road
− I did not get the room with balcony even though we booked a room with balcony. My room had cockroaches running around at the kitchenette,inside toilet and the dustbin they provided at the kitchen was faulty.The aircon inside the bedroom is also very loud and noisy when turned on.We can't get a good night's sleep.We certainly DID NOT sleep well during the 4 nights at B house 49 bangkok. I informed the owner we will check out at 3pm on the 22nd June which the owner agreed but the owner clearly did not inform the room cleaner on this arrangement. When we came back from lunch at around 1pm,the room cleaner was inside cleaning up our apartment and had threw away my girlfriend's hair conditioner which my girlfriend had put aside to use before we check out at 3pm...this caused my girlfriend a lot of inconvenience and unhappiness.The room cleaner also did not understand basic english at all which made communication difficult. I will never ever book this apartment again!!
