7.0Large apartment, easily sleeps 6 people. Great location with plenty of books to read about Venice. Nice touch to be sent Venice recommendations in advance. Also good to have an exercise mat and a couple of weights to use. Well stocked kitchen which got lots of sunlight in the morning / afternoon. Washing machine was also handy.
− The late check in charge felt like a bit of a cheek after already paying nearly 1,800 Euros for 5 nights. Some of the warnings in the flat felt a little unfriendly and harsh such as having to pay extra per 15 mins for checking out even slightly late after 10 am. Was also chilly in the evening and we weren't allowed to set the timer for the heating ourselves. Bathrooms are functional but could do with a facelift. Don't worry too much about having to do the bins - there is a cart on the same canal as the apartment until 8.30 am most days (which they could update the house guide to explain more clearly) so you can recycle as you go, but it was a bit stressful to empty everything on the final day before check-out.

10.0Red House jest naprawdę w świetnej lokalizacji, nad kanałem, w cichej okolicy ale bardzo blisko Accademia Bridge, a z drugiej strony przystanków wodnych. Blisko mały market, a tuż za mostem kawiarnie, place i cała cudna Wenecja. Apartament był kiedyś domem architektów, wysokie sufity, w salonie piękne biurko, kanapy i ta biblioteczka, która robi wspaniały klimat. Sypialnie pięknie przygotowane, wszystko bardzo czyste. Wyposażenie kuchni bardzo dobre i wszystko dobrze działa: kuchenka, piekarnik, zmywarka, mikrofala. Nic nie brakuje jeśli chcesz przygotować posiłek: naczynia, kieliszki, sztućce. W apartamencie do dyspozycji żelazko, suszarka do włosów, dodatkowe koce, nawet parasolki. Łazienki faktycznie są ze skosami ale to nie przeszkadza, wyższe osoby mogą bez problemu korzystać z łazienki z prysznicem. Polecam.

LATE-CHECK IN: Check-in is by APPOINTMENT from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, through a link that you will receive few days before your arrival.
Check in after 7.00pm is possible with extra charge of €40.00 to be paid in cash at check-in time; after 11.00pm the supplement is €70.00 and it's until 1am maximum.
INFO HEATING / AC
As per regional regulation, air conditioning will be active from the end of April until mid September and the permitted temperature inside the apartments will be 24°-26° and it works with the security keys that you find in the apartment. Air conditioning will be on only when you are at home and it will switch off automatically when you go out and take the keys with you. Heating will be switched on from the end of September until mid April and the allowed temperature will be 20°-22°.
