Ideal solution for a stay in Venice
10.0The location is great. Three bathrooms in apartment are awesome solution for a group. Spacious living room is fantastic. We had a pleasant stay here.

9.0Great location, if desiring to be outside of the main touristy area, which we wanted. We didn’t mind walking 15-18 minutes to St. Marks Square/shopping, in exchange for being able to come home to a relaxing home. Many delicious local restaurants nearby, great areas to explore, if you didn’t want to go far. Vaparreto stop nearby/Accademia bridge within 4min-short walk to take you anywhere. Or dock right in front of bldg which we used for private transfer to and from airport/train station-Owners helped us arrange this, which was great/low hassle. Quiet at night. Very comfortable for family of 5, including three teenagers, everyone had their own space. Felt very much at home. We utilized the washing machine which was great.
− We were not warned about the mosquitos at night, we were not anticipating them for early April. I’m sure this is a problem anywhere in Venice, not just of this property.

10.0Location was great, property was fabulous! Easy check-in and so helpful booking water taxi, etc. Beautiful apartment, wonderful experience!

Great place for large family or group of friends
8.0Property is very spacious, and rooms were large. Very comfortable for 6 to 8 people. Living room was awesome to relax and catch up at end of the day. We were a group of 6 and were very comfortable. A/C worked very well as well. Host was very responsive and that was a huge Plus.
− Stairs are an issue. There was an elevator but does not stop at the same floor. Still a flight of stairs. Also, location we felt was not very central. Showers were a little small. Hall bath only had had a tub with hand shower. Master toilet unfortunately did not work.

8.0Everything is close by and easy to get to. Rooms are big even though it was between 2 floors — everything was very clean and their services was helpful to get water taxis
− Being Canadian this comment is really only about how different it is to get hot water — we have nothing bad to say
