Great location, but undisclosed demolition works next door ruined our holiday.
2.0Excellent location within walking distance of the Acropolis, Plaka and many of Athens' main attractions. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and there is a fantastic pizzeria directly below the apartment. The neighbourhood felt safe and pleasant.
− The biggest issue was the major demolition and construction site directly next to the apartment, which was not disclosed before booking. Heavy machinery started before 7am, causing extreme noise, vibrations and dust, making it impossible to properly relax or use the balcony. We were also disappointed to find no hot water upon arrival after a long journey. In addition, we noticed several maintenance and safety concerns throughout the apartment. Most concerning was what appeared to be an electrical socket located directly inside the shower area, exposed to water splashes during normal use. This raised serious health and safety concerns and is something that should be addressed immediately. After we complained, we were offered two options: move to another property after already settling in, or leave and find alternative accommodation on our own. For a family on a short holiday, neither of these options was practical or reasonable.

10.0Να ξεκινήσω από τον ιδιοκτήτη και την επικοινωνία. Άμεση ανταπόκριση, κατατοπιστικες πληροφορίες check in και παροχή πληροφοριών και βοήθειας σε ό,τι και αν ρώτησα ή ζήτησα. Το κατάλυμα είναι καθαρό, άνετο, προσεγμένο, με όλες τις παροχές που μπορεί κάποιος να χρειαστεί είτε για ολιγοήμερη είτε για πολυήμερη διαμονή. Η τοποθεσία είναι καταπληκτική. Δίπλα στο ιστορικό κέντρο, 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια, και με πολύ εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Είτε πρόκειται για οικογένεια είτε πρόκειται για δύο ζευγάρια το κατάλυμα είναι ότι χρειάζεται κάποιος. Θα είναι σίγουρα η επιλογή μας σε κάθε επίσκεψη μας στην Αθήνα.
