9.0Аккуратная небольшая квартира, кровати удобные, чисто. Был кондиционер и большие вентиляторы в спальнях. Удобный электронный ключ. Местоположение удобное, совсем рядом канал и остановка водного трамвайчика. Достаточно тихое место, хотя за углом кафе и бары. Приятный персонал.
Great base for short Venice visit.
10.0Its the perfect base for a trip to Venice, being close to railway and bus stations (no lugging suitcases over loads of bridges). It is 'compact and bijou' so is primarily a base.... turn right out of the front door and you have a calm spot next to the canals where you can sit on the waters edge without the crowds. Turn left out of the front door and head off into the madness of Venice (and in July it is mad). The bars nearby are great and Quebrada in particular offers amazing value for food and drink. The hosts were accommodating and kind to us. Small point.... the information about how drinkable the tap water is saved us a fortune.
− Air conditioning was a bit lame (but didnt cause a problem). Maybe a bit more info about the city.

7.0todo esta muy bien, muy limpio, se ve que esta recién remodelado, el baño muy bonito, tiene una muy buena ubicación, a las camas solo les falta una colchoneta de memory foam y con eso estaría perfectas
− hacia mucho calor en Venecia y el alojamiento solo cuenta con un minisplit portátil en la cocina para refrigerar todo, con un abanico de pedestal para una recamara, eso no es suficiente y el minisplit emite una alarma cada 5minutos, avisamos si muy amablemente nos llevaron un abanico extra para poder dormir la segunda noche, pero lo ideal es que mínimo tenga 2 equipos de minisplit y quitarle la alarma que pita y no deja dormir.
