8.0Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large, cooled with a very efficient fan. Bed extremely comfortable
− Nothing really. I could see that decorators were in , our room was freshly painted. The entrance floor tiles were being updated. A minor thing is that some of the grouting in the bathroom was old and needs replaced

10.0Da localização e do bom atendimento. Foi a minha terceira vez lá. Fica bem de frente pra entrada do Hyde park, quase ao lado do metrô Lancaster Gate e tem bons lugares pra se comer por perto. Muito bom café da manhã, único Hotel onde o hóspede pode fazer seu próprio suco natural de laranja!E tem saco de água quente no quarto , o que foi muito bom pra mim! Super recomendo!!!
