− 大浴場の浴槽の湯が止めてあった。今までこんなところはない。 朝食は美味しくない。
整體來說地點和設施都很棒
9.0[地點] 地點方便，錦糸町站走路 5 分鐘內，附近也有很多百貨跟餐廳，隔壁就有 Lawson 和唐吉訶德 [房間] - 房內有很多鏡子很方便，玄關處的全身鏡、浴室鏡、書桌前有大鏡子、床邊也有長型鏡子 - 有許多高度的枕頭可供選擇（原本預設的枕頭是很長很硬的枕頭，建議一定要自己拿其他款枕頭） - 入住多日選擇不清潔的話，清潔人員依然會掛替換的備品和垃圾袋在門把上 [其他] - 有大浴場可泡湯很讚，使用人數也不多 - 可到櫃檯旁借用行李秤（不可帶回房間） - 使用密碼鎖，不需辦理退房
− 1. 電梯只有一台，等待時間稍長，入住期間還有遇到 3 小時的維修期無法使用 2. 退房時間（10:00）跟早餐時間（09:00）都稍早，需要特別早起 3. 衛浴滿小的洗澡會有壓迫感，但因為有大浴場，所以也可以直接在大浴場洗澡，沐浴用品不是很好用 4. 房間較小，一人住+一個28吋行李箱很剛好，兩人住+兩大行李箱應該會太擁擠 5. 住的房型窗外緊鄰樓梯，因此不太能拉開窗簾
