9.0地點很方便，步行1分鐘以內就有一間7-11和銀座線的田原町站，出門後走到大馬路的人行道右轉走幾步就有電梯可以下去車站，有長輩或小小孩同行非常方便。一層一戶，房間很大，有洗(烘)衣機，還有一間小小健身房，家庭出遊住起來非常方便及舒服。
