10.0The residence is located in a calm relaxed place near bts 15 min walk......Mr Wui is a very nice person and the Ladies also help me a lot; very clean place........nice rooms.........highly recommended; perfect stay in a very very good neighbourhood

7.0August is like a guest house. It's quite outdated but comfortable and the staff go out of their way to help you. The location is fantastic. The room was big with a fridge and kettle. Netflix is provided but the internet is a little unpredictable. There is no breakfast offered.
− I think it needs a bit of an update but the staff, size of room and location made up for that.
