Excellent, accomodating, kind and wonderful
10.0Sani and her family go to all lengths to ensure you are happy, comfortable and well cared for. We experienced a medical emergency during our stay and Sani was very accomodating, kind and considerate. What a beautiful family. The gardens, the food, and most importantly the people that surround this accomodation are nothing short of wonderful. Beds are comfortable and the building is well cared for, clean and home like. We will be back. Thank you Sani

8.0Lieu improbable situé au milieu de nul part mais très calme. Street-food aux alentours. Petit-déjeuner agréable avec un plat thaïlandais qui change chaque matin. Chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable. Petit jardin floral agréable.

9.0Breakfast changed daily and was always delicious, the proximity to Pho Nimit station is a big plus, and apart from the construction noise (they're currently expanding the homestay) it was a quiet and lovely location with very kind staff!

7.0The place is clean and the owners are helpful. Thai breakfast is good. However, the place is very far from everything. It is also not easily found. Recommended for those who wants peace and solitude but not for those who loves exploring areas. Garden is besutiful.

8.0We had a wonderful stay at Baan Boon. Sani and her family were kind and helpful. The garden's greenery was soothing. Loved the thai breakfast. It was nice to eat outside.
− The cleaning lady is appointed only once a week. But we could ask for new linens or towels as need.

⚠️ NOTE ON CONSTRUCTION (March – Dec 2026) Please note that we are currently building a new home on the property. While our rooms remain a peaceful "oasis" in the evenings, there will be heavy construction noise daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday–Saturday).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
