− We stayed in this apartment in May 2026. At first everything seemed to match the description, but our stay was seriously affected by a health issue related to insect bites (photos attached below). On the second day after check‑in, the second guest developed red spots on his arms and legs. At first we thought it was an allergy, but the next day the condition got worse. After we checked out and upon arrival in Paris, a doctor confirmed that these were insect bites and prescribed treatment. His condition gradually started to improve after we left the apartment and began treatment, which clearly links the problem to the period of our stay. We informed the hosts and were ready to provide photos and the medical report. The host suggested that we might have brought the insects with us, but the fact that the symptoms started on the second day in the apartment and improved after check‑out, along with the medical documents, contradicts this version. The host later informed us that they had arranged professional disinfection of the apartment, but still refused to accept any responsibility or offer any compensation, despite the confirmed medical issue and the impact on our trip. I believe it is important for future guests to know that, based on our experience, there was a problem with insect bites during our stay, and that although the apartment was treated afterwards, the hosts did not take responsibility for the consequences for their guests.

Nice apartment in the residential area of Barcelona. Clean, pretty spacious, a bit loud.

The neighborhood is very nice and safe, with plenty of markets, cafes, and places to eat nearby. It’s easy to get around by metro or bus. The apartment was clean and had a nice terrace, though I’d say it’s a bit pricey for what it offers.

− Mornings can be a bit noisy. The master bedroom is pretty quiet, but the smaller room picks up more noise from neighbors, especially in the evenings and early mornings. There's a school and a playground right in front of the building so if you like to sleep with an open window or want to open the terrace door - it will get pretty loud. Light sleepers might find this challenging, though it didn’t bother me too much.

L'appartamento è molto carino ed accogliente e possiede ogni confort, sia in cucina con tanti diversi utensili ed elettrodomestici, sia nelle stanze, davvero comode. Il quartiere di Sants, collegato benissimo grazie alla metropolitana è un quartiere vivo e ricco di centri civici, negozi, mercati, ristoranti e angoli caratteristici. La cosa più bella? La piccola terrazza che affaccia sul parco sottostante e apre una bellissima visuale sulla città.

− Il bagno forse è la stanza che meriterebbe qualche miglioria per le manopole della doccia e del bidet. Per il resto davvero nulla da eccepire!
