− I was use to getting information for a lockbox for keys and information about what floor and apartment number a day before my arrival date. There was no communication between me and the property manager until I had been standing outside the apartment for almost an hour. I misread the apartment info, I did not realize it was a studio 1 room, was Not worth the money!!! Also, in the middle of my stay I went for my morning walk and returned to no electricity for 2-3 hours, the property manager did not respond to numerous calls, emails and texts. Then after an hour he message that he was on his way 25 minutes??? After 35 minutes I asked if he was still on his way, he replied there is a little traffic. After an hour and ten minutes I asked “Seriously” and got no response and he never showed up!!! Then after one hour and a half the power came on??? I notified them that the power was back on and got no response??? After another hour I received a message that they had spoken with the power company and the power had been fixed??? Very poor communication skills??? I will not use them again!!!

− We booked for 3 nights in January. Two nights we spent in a cold room as the "heat' function of the air conditioner did not work. We mentioned it to the owner/manager but it was not fixed until the last night. The table shown in the photos is not even and is ready to collapse as the fixing on the wall are lose. The same applies for the fixing of the tv on the wall. So, we could not use the table. All of the above issues are visible to anyone/cleaner who spends about 10-15 minutes in the apartment, so should have been dealt with before accepting customers. Would I stay there again? No. Would I recommend it to a friend? NO

Very close to the center, definitely a nice place to stay
9.0Location. By far the best thing about this was the location. It's very close to the Acropolis Museum. It also was clean and tidy. You have electric oven to cook frozen pizzas, so that's nice.
− The hot water system. The host will instruct you that in order for you to have hot water, you have to open the fuse box of the apartment and switch on 2 fuses for the electrical boiler. After 20 minutes you have to switch them back so the boiler wont explode or something. Not cool, but after a night there we got used to this. After entering the apartment we immediately switched on the fuses so we can take a shower asap. That is about the only downside. Another similar one is that there is quite the ambient noise: you have the fridge in the room, and there was some noise from outside. For me the noise was not a problem at all.
