Der Empfang von Battista war unkompliziert herzlich und informativ. Batista hat 10 Punkte verdient. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls gut. In der Nähe konnte man gut frühstücken und Pizza essen, auch zwei Supermärkte sind direkt in der Nähe.

− Die obere Etage ist in Ordnung aber die untere ist da echt ein Problem. Es riecht muffig und es gibt ein Problem mit Feuchtigkeit. Ihr müsste dringend etwas in Richtung Luftentfeuchtung gemacht werden. Auch eine Grundreinigung ist absolut erforderlich. Im Bad gibt es ein Problem mit dem wasserdruck und die letzten eineinhalb Tage hatten wir kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche.

− Nella descrizione non era specificato che la stanza da letto è nel seminterrato e il muro di contenimento della recinzione a fare da sfondo alla finestra con conseguente poca luce e aerazione. Ambiente umido e odore di cantina. Bagno con evidenti segni di umidità di risalita sulle pareti; WC con vecchie incrostazioni di calcare così come il vano doccia. Nell'ambiente di ingresso, living, si presenta molto friendly.. con ammenicoli varii un po' ovunque ma sostanzialmente di poca sostanza; si nota che non c'è lo spazio per un tavolo ancorché piccolo. Una mensola di 35 cm apribile appoggiata al muro non può cosiderarsi tavolo per mangiarci; se apri la mensola non entri più nell'alloggio. Complessivamente tutto l'alloggio necessita di un'accurata pulizia di fondo per disincrostare una situazione che giace da almeno quattro lustri. Il prezzo richiesto non è adeguato. E' alto per la proposta.. Peccato. Occorre rimboccarsi le maniche. The description didn't specify that the bedroom is in the basement and the retaining wall of the fence acts as a backdrop to the window, resulting in poor light and ventilation. The room smells like a cellar. The bathroom has obvious signs of rising damp on the walls; the toilet has old limescale buildup, as does the shower stall. The entrance hall, the living room, is very welcoming, with various fixtures scattered around, but essentially of little substance. Noticeably, there's no room for a table, even a small one. A 35 cm fold-out shelf leaning against the wall cannot be considered a dining table; if you open the shelf, you can't fit in the apartment. Overall, the entire apartment requires a thorough cleaning to remove scale from a situation that has been dormant for at least fifteen years.The asking price is not appropriate for the offer. It's a shame. A lot of work is needed...

Gute Lage und gut für max. 2 Personen

Es war nicht unser erster Besuch in Rom, weshalb wir auch in einem weniger überlaufenen Stadtteil unterkommen wollten. Die Lage war für uns toll. Ein ruhiges Wohnquartier mit mehreren Restaurants und Geschäften in der Nähe (u.a. an der Via Gallia). Gut verbunden mit ÖV (insbesondere Bus - z.B. zur Via Appia Antica). Wir konnten auch zu Fuss einige Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss eines grösseren, recht stilvollen Wohnhauses. Sie ist sehr ruhig und klein und hat, wie in den Bildern zu sehen ist, viel Deko. Eine schmale Treppe führt in ein Untergeschoss, wo Schlaf- und Badezimmer sind. Es gibt je ein Fenster, aber das ist versperrt (also kein Tageslicht). Das Schlafzimmer ist geräumig (hat aber gar viel Deko-Gegenstände, die Platz einnehmen). Im oberen Stock ist eine Küche in einer Ecke eingebaut - gut ausgestattet (Kochherd, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee....). Es gibt keinen richtigen Esstisch, aber wir assen am schmalen Tisch an einer Wand. Es gibt noch eine Treppe, die raufführt zu einem kleinen Loft (nicht klar, wofür der gut ist). Wer keine Treppen steigen kann oder mag oder Filmposter (Tarantino, und viele andere), für den eignet sich die Wohnung eher nicht. Battista, unser Kontakt für die Wohnung, ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Kommunikation mit ihm vor Ankunft (per Whatsapp) lief sehr gut. Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage sind vorhanden.

Okay location but not very clean

Good decorations and near public transport routes. Although the owner didn’t meet us, his friend did and was very helpful and welcoming.

− We found a number of bugs and insects across the apartment, including the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. A couple of kitchen utensils were missing but no big deal. There were stains on the towels, damage to the floor in the bedroom and dust on lots of the surfaces.
